Need some help with Frolov Dash 8

Recommended Posts

OK, I have resized the panels and even a few of the gauge displays so that I can actually read them. The problem now is that when I save a flight with engines running, it loads up as a cold start up. This can be a real problem when the save is in mid flight. Anyone have this issue ??Mark.

I believe that the panel is designed to always start up "Cold". Seems there's nothing you can do about it.RegardsTim

That's right. It is not yet possible in current version. I'm thinking on implementing that in v.2 . Though it's not that easy.... too many things to save in a situation (around 300 additional parameters).I use the following workaround : if you want to start the flight in the air, you may restore the situation (engines on) with

(pause), then turn on the battery, ac&dc gens and condition levers to max., then disengage the pause mode, after that you must be able to keep flying (without cold start).regardsOleksiy
