If you have both the Dreamfleet and PIC, what are the pros and cons? Why do you prefer one over the other? Yes, this subject has been beaten to death and you should be able to dig hundreds of opinions in the archives. The short answer is that the PIC still remains the best overall simulator in whatever category you chose - flight simulation fidelity, instruments (autopilot), FMC and last but not least the fluidity of its performance even on lesser systems. But this does not mean that other products aren't close behind.Michael J.

Beaten - to - death. :) But I'm still a willing participant...I would say go for whichever will suit your flying needs... Go DF737 if you are mainly a short/medium-hauler.Go 767PIC if you are a medium or cross-continent (or trans-atlantic) flyer. Both have pros and cons... So why fight it and get the one most tailored to your normal flying patterns. -Greg

Like someone else posted which do you fly more short routes or longer ones.I own both and I use both but 99% of my flights are done with the DF 737 because of the flight I do (United Shuttle west coast) as well as up to 3hr flights. With PIC you can use it on a 757 as well.I guess it really depends what you like better the 767 or the 737 :)John

I fly 2 to 4 hour flights. Houston to Salt Lake, Pittsburgh to Phoenix, etc. But I am starting to think that a marathon flight would be fun. Anchorage to Buenos Aires would be a good one, stopping at Mexico City and Rio perhaps.

1. PIC is hard to find. DF downoads in minutes if you have DSL.2. Both have wonderful cockpits - nod to DF with its true "captain view".3. PIC has more systems - so if that's important to you, go looking for your copy of the WILCO program.4. I find PIC a touch easier to fly - the plane is more responsive at lower speeds and easier to land. Don't know if that's the way it is in real life, but I hate flying several hours then blowing the landing. 5. Both have terrific FMC systems - DF comes with SIDS and STARS, you have to go find them for PIC. 6. PIC merges nicely with the POSKY airplanes - best looking of the batch. DF has over a hundred liveries for free on their web page so you are sure to find your favorite airline. 7. DF is a more realistic match for shorter flights - PIC if you dream of flying from SFO to Heathrow.8. PIC is a bit better on framerates and has a forum on Avsim. Both are terrific products. Both are a blast to fly. Both have avid, involved communities who LOVE the product. You can't go wrong with either.
