AI takeoff lengths.

Recommended Posts

Guest

I was wondering how the takeoff lengths of the various AI planes are determined? I would love to see variying takeoff lengths for the AI planes, so for instance a Varig MD11 from Copenhagen to London doesn't use the same takeoff lenght as an MD11 from London to Brasil, as the latter is much heavier. I love the PAI airplanes and I feel it could be even cooler if you could implement these features. Well just some thoughts.

Aerodynamics - *.air and aircraft.cfg files, fuel loads, PAX, Cargo. The aerodynamics engine in FS2002 obtains its data from the above for each and every aircraft, when the parameters are correct the aircraft will liftoff, ascend, cruise, descend, and land.
