Isn't it bundled with a new Reality XP avionics package? That would account for the extra price as far as I

>Isn't it bundled with a new Reality XP avionics package? Meggitt avionics are on Meridian and this is what Reality-XP is responsible for (per my understanding). They also give you the Garmin 530 unit which is also standard on this aircraft. But in terms of 'value' I think the biggest value is not that they will be there (hard to imagine getting a plane with no standard avionics) but that they will be done using Reality's proprietary new technolgy. At least this is my own take on it.Michael J.

Well, I think many other add-ons are about to be released a a 34.95 price tag, such as the PIC320, the CS727, the FSGarmin. Not speaking about actual products such as FSNavigator, and a collection of pretty old add-ons repackaged with videos to a higher price than this. What I love with this hobby is that there are aircraft add-ons from $15 to .... At least, there is enough for anyone taste!

Considering that some here charge close to $30 for a single painted aircraft model (exterior) with wing views and others charge $20 for a single airport (and claim it is cheap !) I would say a high fidelity aircraft simulator/trainer for $35 sounds like peanuts to me.Again if you a 'collector' and your first typical question for any aircraft add-on is how many liveries come with this package ? then this product is probably not for you. I've learned through experience that you get what you pay for; mostly through drinking some thoroughly FOUL wine in the past!! ;)I guess the question we're all gonna want to know is whether this is going to be a pleasantly oak-aged Grand Cru or an acid bin-end! (or to what level between?). From what I've read so far, it'll be the very best quality they can possibly deliver, given the technology of the platform it'll run on.I probably won't need quite that enormous attention to detail. In fact, my PC would probably spit it out like a glass of vinegar, regardless of it's vintage!!!!!! So I'll bide my time on this one for now. It does sound very good though.Bottoms Up!Simon.

It will be interesting to see what the people who have actually paid for this have to say, once they have it.
