Cut and paste your fs2002.cfg to a safe area on your hardrive outside of fs2002. Start fs2002, it will regenerate a default fs2002.cfg, let it stabilize on the start-up screen, select Create a Flight, select the weather and try to download the weather. If it works, you are set, except you will have to set your joystick and other mods in the fs2002.cfg.orMake sure the following is in your original fs2002.cfg:&l;Weather&r;WindshieldPrecipitationEffects=1MinGustTime=10MaxGustTime=500MinGustRampSpeed=1MaxGustRampSpeed=200MinVarTime=5MaxVarTime=50MinVarRampSpeed=1MaxVarRampSpeed=75TurbulenceScale=1.000000DefaultVisibility=0WeatherServerAddress=fs2k.zone.com //importantWeatherServerPort=80 //importantADVANCED_WEATHER=0LOADWEATHER=1MAX_UNLIMITED_VIS=144840DownloadWindsAloft=1
