October 27, 200223 yr One little note. I just downloaded the FDE, and it's formated sort of strange (everything is bunch together.) I installed the aircraft.cfg, and everything appears to be ok though. Just want to make sure it should be this way. :-)Ryan-Flightpro08 :-cool VATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Senior Controller (C-3)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com|Taxiwaysigns.com] Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 41.03 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298-----------------------------Click [link:ftp.avsim.com/library/esearch.php?DLID=&Name=&FileName=&Author=Ryan+Fretwell&CatID=Root]Here to Download my New American Eagle POSKY CRJ-200!
October 27, 200223 yr I bow to Melvin the Aircraft Designer Supremo and Johan thy FDE God ;)Thanks guys, I'm sure your efforts on this will be greatly appreciated by all :) Cheers, Mack i7 950 @ 4Ghz :Apogee XT waterblock: EVGA X58 Classified :EK full-cover waterblock: Feser X-Changer 360: 3 x GTX 570 (Tri-SLI): EK full-cover waterblocks : Thermochill PA 120.2: 6GB Corsair Dominator 1600Mhz RAM (stock speeds) : FS9 & FSX @ 1920x1080 on Windows 7 x64
October 27, 200223 yr And now that initial euphoria has worn off... :)The slats don't appear to be working. The plane still behaves as flaps 1 were set, but visually, the front part doesn't move. The plane doesn't sink into the ground any more, but has problems "gripping" the runway on landing. I just completed a test flight from Pearson to Dulles (Simflyers) and when it landed, it appeared to have the rear side wheels still in the air and it took the whole lenght of the runway to slow it down. I don't know how it behaves on default scenery, no time for another flight right now. Other than that, it flew like a dream :) Cheers, Mack i7 950 @ 4Ghz :Apogee XT waterblock: EVGA X58 Classified :EK full-cover waterblock: Feser X-Changer 360: 3 x GTX 570 (Tri-SLI): EK full-cover waterblocks : Thermochill PA 120.2: 6GB Corsair Dominator 1600Mhz RAM (stock speeds) : FS9 & FSX @ 1920x1080 on Windows 7 x64
October 27, 200223 yr Thanks, what you are seeing is correct - it's formatted that way. Just remember to replace the specified fields in the new CFG with the values of the corresponding fields in the original CFG.I never realized the slats didn't work visually...:) Melvin
