Research is being made in a few US universities on ways to reproduce existing cities and buildings in a 3D computer generated environment. I know... that was my reaction also. Then for the last 30' I browsed to see what was out there as far as clouds. And I found that:http://www.vterrain.org/Atmosphere/Clouds/Worth a visit, even as end-end-user. I'm sure clouds gurus around here know about it.
