Question marks in text replacing special characters

Recently I see question marks in text on AVSim, where I expect apostrophes or quotation marks. Also characters with something special (like an acute accent or an umlaut) are replaced with question marks.Just an observation and a friendly request to fix it when possible.Jozef K. http://homepages.onsnet.nu/~jkusters/signature.jpg
