Quick FS9 confirmation on Multi-monitor setups

Recommended Posts

Hi there. This is what I have learned so far here in the forum after a lot of reading. I just want some confirmation.-Windows XP accepts only one additional PCI Video card besides the AGP.-Setting the secondary PCI video card as the "master" card in BIOS solves the problem in Win XP detecting it.Now I'd like to know if the setups below are possible:Config #1:FS2004Win XP SP2GForce 64mb AGP(Monitor 1) 32mb or 64mb PCI Video card (Monitor 2)TV as Monitor 3 (from the output RCA cable from Gforce card)any additional 32 or 64mb PCI video cards if slots are available.(monitors 4, 5, etc)Config #2:FS2004Win Xp SP2128mb+ Gforce AGP DUAL Monitor support (Monitor 1)Monitor 2 (From the DUAL port from Gforce AGP)32 or 64mb PCI Video card (Monitor 3)more monitors with their respective PCI cards. Both configs running FS2004 in Windowed mode. I am aware that FS2004 has given some headaches regarding running multi-monitor in full screen but I do not care. Also the other monitors would be only for instrumentation and not for VC or outside views. thanxPilot_76
