Geforce 6600GT PCI-e problem

When FS2004 switches between menus, for instance from the first screen to the choosen scenery, the image is flashing very irritating.Also the fonts get a little blurry.Without FS2004 everything runs ok.I have tried some different nVidia drivers, but no improvementHas anyone the same problem or even better has a solution?MSI K8N Neo4 nForce4 PCI-eAthlon 64 3200+2x 512 Mb Crusial BallisticLeadtek Winfast 6600GT PCI-eDell 1905FP 19" TFT digital input
