What is faster the Visiontek 1300 or Ati 1600 pro?Especially for FSX?

What type slot? What display adapter? that said they are both slow for FSX when bumping up the eye candy, and both are not DX10 compatible only DX9 so Bloom etc. is not going to be displayed either.
