The most typical real life routes for EDDF-KSFO-EDDF

Recommended Posts

Guest

There is NAT system over the Northern Atlantic Ocean so the flight routes change almost every time. But still, I think there is some routes that is flown often in this route.So, what's the typical routes for a longhaul flight from Frankfurt to San Francisco? I would be interested in return flight too.Thank you already.Regards,

You won't use the NATs for this route: far too south from GC track, except sometimes for the return flight (SFO->EDDF) when the tailwind is very favorable (strong jetstream).Here's the most common routes between LFPG and KSFO (may not be very far from EDDF-KSFO):FLIGHT AF084/24JUN Washington Route Via 70N 4977NM(FPL-AFR084-IS-B744/H-SIRWXY/S-LFPG1130-N0500F260 AMOGA UT225 VESAN UL613 RATUK/N0500F320 UL613 DET UB4MARGO UN590 GOW UN615 STN/M085F320 UN614 OLKER/M085F320 DCT 63N010W65N020W 67N030W/M085F340 69N040W 70N050W 70N060W NCAA6930N07000W/N0503F360 NCAA 67N090W NCA2 YSF NCAC YMM J517FARNS/N0489F390 J517 LUMBY/N0493F360 J517 YXC/N0488F380 J5174900N11632W/N0485F390 J517 GEG J3 IMB/N0489F370 J3 LKV/N0486F390 J3RBL GOLDN4-KSFO1032 KOAK-EET/EGTT0020 EGPX0059 BIRD0147 63N010W0206 65N020W0241 67N030W031469N040W0345 70N050W0411 70N060W0436 CZEG0444 CZVR0840 KZSE0852REG/FGEXA DOF/020624)NB: 4900N11632W is BZXIV ISECFLIGHT AF084/23JUN Montana Route Via 67N 4924NM(FPL-AFR084-IS-B744/H-SIRWXY/S-LFPG1130-N0498F260 AMOGA UT225 VESAN UL613 SOVAT/N0505F300 UL613 TLA UN601STN/M085F300 UN601 ATSIX/M085F320 DCT 63N020W 65N030W 66N040W67N050W/M085F340 67N060W NCA9 6530N07000W/N0497F340 NCAE6030N09000W/N0490F360 NCAE YYQ J530 YOUNG/N0485F390 J530 GTF J7 FMGMOD2-KSFO1044 KOAK-EET/EGTT0019 EGPX0056 EGGX0144 BIRD0158 63N020W0230 65N030W030666N040W0336 67N050W0405 CZEG0433 67N060W0434 CZWG0542 KZLC0829REG/FGISA DOF/020623)FLIGHT AF083/25JUN North Dakota Route via 59N 5072NM(FPL-AFR083-IS-B744/H-SIRWXY/S-KSFO0120-N0499F330 SFO8 SFO DCT LIN J84 MVA J158 MLD J32 DPR J107 VBI SCAK5140N09000W/N0489F370 SCAK FASSA/M085F370 DCT VIBDI DCT 59N060W59N050W 58N040W 57N030W 57N020W DCT GOMUP/N0491F370 UN572 TIR UN580GOW UA1 DCS/N0488F390 UA1 WOD UA47 SFD UM605 HARDY/N0489F250 UM605DPE-LFPG0944 LFPO-EET/CZWG0238 CZUL0402 CZQX0516 59N060W0518 59N050W0553 58N040W0628EGGX0703 57N020W0739 EGPX0814 EGTT0842 LFFF0918 REG/FGEXA DOF/020625)NB: 5140N09000W is KEKDI ISECFLIGHT AF083/24JUN Montana Route via 6130N 4937NM(FPL-AFR083-IS-B744/H-SIRWXY/S-KSFO0120-N0501F330 SFO8 SFO DCT SAC J32 FMG J7 REO/N0493F350 J537MLP/N0496F330 J540 QW/N0493F350 J540 YYL J539 YYQ DCT 5927N09000W6036N08000W DCT UHA/M085F370 DCT GRIBS DCT 61N060W 61N050W 60N040W58N030W 56N020W 55N015W DCT MASIT/N0492F370 UN546 STU/N0489F390 UP2NIGIT UB39 SFD UM605 HARDY/N0489F250 UM605 DPE-LFPG0928 LFPO-EET/CZEG0134 CZWG0158 CZUL0404 CZQX0501 61N060W0511 61N050W054460N040W0618 EGGX0654 56N020W0732 55N015W0751 EISN0803 EGTT0832LFFF0902 REG/FGISA DOF/020624)FLIGHT AF083/22JUN Montana Route via 66N 4915NM(FPL-AFR083-IS-B744/H-SIRWXY/S-KSFO0120-N0500F330 SFO8 SFO DCT SAC J32 FMG J7 REO/N0492F350 J537MLP/N0496F330 J540 LITGO/N0492F350 J540 YYL J539 YYQ NCAE6530N07000W/M085F350 NCAE 66N060W 66N050W/M085F370 65N040W 63N030W60N020W DCT MIMKU/N0504F390 UN562 MAC UA2 DCS UA1 WOD UA47 SFD UM605HARDY/N0492F250 UM605 DPE-LFPG0941 LFPO-EET/CZEG0138 CZWG0201 CZEG0414 66N060W0514 BIRD0518 66N050W054265N040W0612 63N030W0646 EGGX0713 60N020W0724 EGPX0811 EGTT0834LFFF0916 REG/FGISE DOF/020622)And a more dated one, using NATs (favorable strong winter jetstream):FLIGHT AF087/29JAN New Brunswick route (via trak W) 5301NM(FPL-AFR087-IS-A343/H-SRWXY/S-KSFO2345-N0481F370 SFO8 SFO DCT LIN J84 DTA J148 MCW DCT ODI DCT GRB J522 TVCDCT UFX J546 YQB DCT MIILS N49A COLOR/M082F370 NATW 49N030W/M082F390NATW SOMAX/N0472F390 NATW KENUK/N0469F390 UN503 GAPLI UR8 LND UG4NAKID/N0466F350 UR116 ANNET/N0462F390 UR116 INGOR/N0467F250 UR116 DVL-LFPG0939 LFPO-EET/CZYZ0321 CZUL0344 KZBW0412 CZQM0423 CZQX0456 47N050W053748N040W0617 EGGX0701 50N020W0746 SOMAX0746 EGTT0839 LFRR0858 LFFF0915REG/FGLZN DOF/020129)NAT W was: COLOR 47/50 48/40 49/30 50/20 SOMAX KENUKYohann, LFLL

>You won't use the NATs for this route: far too south from GC >track, except sometimes for the return flight (SFO->EDDF) >when the tailwind is very favorable (strong jetstream). Sorry, I just said it wrong. I meant that the winds are very strongly changing in the Atlantic, so the routes are checked for optimum flight again and again every time. Just asking for the most common routes. :)

>Is there some need to report it twice? Yes, you get it. You have to report filed spd/alt each time you enter/leave an RVSM area or the NAT region, even if there's no change.Yohann.
