I take it you and Tocart have access to the electronic fpl network for Europe and North America including trans-Atlantic flights but that your access doesn't extend to Asia and Oceania flights, correct?Would it help if I can put you in touch with an Australian ATC based in Brisbane who may be able to obtain the Oceania region flight plans? I can't guarantee anything but he's an old VA buddy of mine and just might be prepared to help.
