aer lingus problem

i have downloaded a aer lingus file from avsim.com TODAY APRIL 8,2002 it is a repaint.i put it in my folder and when i go to the aircraft menu and the texures are in white when it is supossed tobe in it's regular colors..can you tell me or type back to me and tell me if i am doing wrong..
