October 30, 200520 yr Hey all,I was wondering if anyone could help me find flightplans into and out of LOWI, Innsbruck. I would like to see some plans mainly to Italian airports, Schiphol, France and Heathrow/Manchester/Gatwick. If on top of that they could be for the 737 I would be ever grateful. I know I'm asking for a lot so just the routes will already be a wonderful gift. Finally, can anyone tell me where can I learn how to correctly plan my flight levels in European airspace? Because I know that there are altitude restrictions for certain routes such as LFPG-EHAM for example where you can't cruise above FL240. Is it RSVM in Europe nowadays as well?Bet regards,Victorhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/800driver.jpg Cheers,Victor M. Lima
October 31, 200520 yr Hi Victor,Here are two Astraeus flightplans from/to Innsbruck:AUA447 LOWI-EGKK B737/M EOBT/1135 TTL_EET/0139N0440F400 LEMSO Y703 KPT UL856 HOC UL613 DIDOR UT420 NITAR UT427 GUBAR UM733 GURLU DCT TIMBA DCTAUA448 EGKK-LOWI B737/M EOBT/1415 TTL_EET/0133N0440F410 DVR UL9 KONAN UL607 ALGOI ALGOI3A>> Finally, can anyone tell me where can I learn how to correctly plan my flight levels in European airspace? Since January 2002 practically all airspace over Europe is RVSM, which means you've to plan odd levels eastbound and even levels westbound. The only problem is there's a lot of exceptions to that simple rule. Some countries (especially France, Spain and Italy) prefer to use a north/south division rather than a west/east division, which means you've to plan even levels northbound and odd levels southbound. If you really want to make sure your level planning is correct, I suggest you go here http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/publicuser/...ic/pu/login.jsp (registration is free) and look up all relevant AIP enroute pages for your flight, and use those in combination with the RAD (http://www.cfmu.eurocontrol.be/rad/) where you can find all level (and route) restrictions within Europe. If you experience any difficulties just send me an e-mail or PM and I'll gladly help you out. :)Cheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
