I have a question about the flight plan.It begins with DCT SAM. There are SAM SIDS at Gatwick - SAM 2M and SAM 2V from RWY 26L and 26R respectively, and SAM 3P and SAM 3W from RWY 08R and 08L respectively. The UK Manual of Air Traffic Control Services Part 1 (MATS) says "At aerodromes where standard instrument departure routes (SIDs) are designated, any filed flight plan which specifies a non-standard route should be referred back to the originator for correction".According to that, DCT SAM should have been referred back for correction to a SAM SID. If so, when did the filed flight plan get changed to DCT SAM?
