You may be refering to the ITV Intelligen Television and Video tape BOEING 777-200 with Captain Graeme Thomson. It features a detailed presentation of the 777 in Auckland, Singapore, and begins with a nice approach and landing at Kai Tak with a Cathay Pacific 777. Never seen that, Bus man. There's an FS2002/Windows Media Player movie available though. Wrong livery, but still a 747.
