Search Engine

It would be great for you guys to get a more effective search engine. Sometimes if I tyoe something like mike stone, I get 0 results, when I know there is alot of stuff by him in the library. This also happens if I type an airline name. Anyway, just a suggestion. :)

The quick search (currently) does not search Authors. If you want to find an author, use Extended Search.Airline names work for me in the search box.--M

Hmm. I didn't think I was lying when I typed that response, but I clearly was -- the code did indeed reflect that the Author field was supposed to be searched.Many thanks for your bug report. The bug was traced to the database engine we use returning erroneous results (!!)Searches for "mike stone" now return 167 matches, which now seems a lot more sensible!Regards,--M
