Also the recommended update from the hifisim page, claims that I dont have a valid version installed and can therefore not update anything... Does anyone have any suggestions?tia, kryppe

Not sure about the sound issue. However, the update I think you are referring to is the WxRE 1.92 update. That update is for the earlier version of Active Sky and not for AS2004.Andy b

Soundblaster Live.. unfortunately plagued with some problems with FS...It is highly recommend to turn down sound quality and to turn off sound acceleration in DXDIAG. Do this by running DXDIAG (via start, run) and turning the accel slider full left. This should solve these sound problems for you. Let us know! Ok. I did as you suggested without any luck. It seems however that the problem only occur when I am using the Aerosoft ATR package, so it could be related to that. Its just that it first came after installing the AS2004. I'll try different settings later and more different planes.Another thing that are becomming a problem is the loss of the speedindicator after some time in the air? Is this a know issue? Thanks for all help. :)kryppe
