Too much difference between FS and windows

Right now i fired up FS and AS (139b) and here at Rome it was clear sky, with fronts from east.Here are the metars for lira,lirf,liruLIRA 161645Z 15006KT 9999 SCT018 FEW020CB SCT070 23/20 Q1016::LIRA 161600Z 170018 17010KT 7000 SCT015 BKN070 TEMPO 0006 33010KT 3000 RA BR OR SHRA FEW015CB BKN025 TEMPO 0615 17015G25KTLIRF 161645Z VRB03KT 9999 FEW018 SCT020CB SCT035 BKN057 23/16 Q1016 BECMG TSRA SCT020CB::LIRF 161600Z 170018 13010KT 8000 SCT020 BKN080 TEMPO 0012 VRB10G20KT 4000 TSRA SCT015CB BKN018LIRU 161550Z 23006KT 9999 FEW020 BKN070 24/17 Q1017Now the problem is that out of the window i have the end of the world (as we know it...), while in FS i have a nice clear summer day.I can clearly see that in the TAFs there is the forecast of Thunderstorm and rain, so why isn't it showing up?Not even a cloud?I have just installed b142 and will try it right now.

Now with b142 it's better: many clouds around.But not the thunderstorm there really is.

With the new metar 1715z the TS is here finally.

Damian,do you remember when i pointed out that civilian airports with outdated metar reports may hinder the weather representation?Here is another example: LIRU (Rome Urbe) last metar report dates back to 1615z. Probably it's closed.So weather representation in a big area in Rome and the surroundings is wrong, due to this.

>TAF processing On or Off?On>Observation: In none of the METARs is a TS listed.Yes i know, but it was mentioned in TAFs.I know technology is limited, and i cannot reasonably ask ActiveSky to know if and when the forecast will come true.What i was questioning is that i didn't have clouds at all (solved by b142), and that until the next metar, the sky only looked cloudy.Surely nothing like a thunderstorm approaching.So i am here questioning your ability with the sole purpose to push AS another step forward :D
