Atis Runway Information

I may be mistaken but I thought the ActiveSky online weather update for the destination airport also included information on active landing and departing runways. I tune to the update frequency and I get current weather information but no runway info. I like to depart VFR , (far less ATC chatter) and then switch to IFR when I get close to my destination After checking the online update.

Hi,It will not give you the active runway but will give you the wind direction. FS ATIS should give you active runway.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
