FS sky / Active sky question?

Does Active sky select the same cloud settings I have choosen , or does it select whatever the AS WX server reports to them. i.e. AS selects clouds from the total amount of selections in the FS sky data base, or it selects what I have selected from the fs sky database??ThanksMike
