Recommended Posts

Why, when I change to spot view does the engine sound start off all 'revved up' before returning to what it should be? This is very irritating!Anyone have any ideas?Luke

Hi!It is because MSFS still thinks you are zooming into view even after you turned that setting off. So it is the doppler effect you are hearing.Brgds, Frederick

Luke,I have it too (for a long time now). I have it as soon as the sim starts up (in the cockpit of the Cessna at Meigs).I just hit the F1 key and it settles down to idle. Don't know what causes it or how to correct it (gave up trying long ago).Cheers,Bob

Not sure if there's a way around it or not, but I'm not sure why it's so irritating?Doesn't bother me at all, as a matter of fact, I hadn't even realized it did this till you reminded me ;-)
