June 5, 200521 yr Hi!Sometimes when I fly in conditions with 3 or more cloud layers, there is suddens shifts in sight when approaching higher altitudes. From flying from a layer with thick fog and rainy clouds, the sky suddenly turns blue after a while. There seem to bee no smooth transition from the white - and greyish layers to the clear blue sky.Is this a common problem?Jan Ove Larssen, Norway
June 6, 200521 yr Hi,It could the FS04 condition where visibility changes from under 10SM to over 10SM. It is common because of FS04.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
June 6, 200521 yr Hi again!I`m not sure if I understand your answer. Is what your saying that it the problem is in FS9, and not in Active Sky? And that nothing could fix it? I`ve overlooked the sm-limits in the Active Sky-option, and my settings are there from minimun 0 to maximum 70.Jan Ove
June 6, 200521 yr Hi,Yes you are correct, it is a FS04 thing. Damian has posted on this before, so he is aware!! Try to limit the maximum visibility to 59. Let me know if that helps a bit!!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
