OK this download problem is REALLY becoming irritable now. I have kept my cool for 6 hours.

Hi,Over the last few hours I have had very few reported problems. I have had a few users ask me how to purchase, go and purchase, download and install, and then report back to me. What kind of message are you getting or what is happening at your end. it just stops downloading after 30 mb or so
