HI,For performance it is 64x64 (lowest visual quality)For visual More like the type sharp edge hard , Clouds map texture you have to test them for your taste ( the map visual difference are more noticable with 256x256 or 512x512.)DXT clouds format will be in the update as well.ThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

DXT has a smaller file size for same resolution so it loads faster/better performance, but is slightly lower quality. Although people have 32Bit and DXT3 textures for repaints of aircraft and I cant really tell the diff so its close

Hi, The downside with DXT, if you have AircraftPanel flickering on the screen and your render to texture option is already enabled, you will have to disabled, you will be unable to use DXT clouds format.I saw few of them here, related to flickering and Aircraft Panel.ThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
