OK remove ASGraphics on networked widefs machine?

Recommended Posts

The idea of passing textures from my slow widefs laptop over an 11b WiFi seems a little excessive. Would it be OK to just remove the ASG from the wideFS machine, and use it on the FS9 machine instead? I guess I would give up the dynamic cirrus loading, but I'm not sure that's so important?(I don't use ActiveRadar either).scott s..

Hi Scott,Nope, don't think it will work, sorry. you might be better off just installing ASv6 on the FS machine. AS takes very few CPU cycles and a bit of memory, but not too much. Yes, I know you lose the laptop screen doing it this way.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
