Unable to install ASv6 B496

Hi there,i'm a registered user of ASv6 but when i try to install service update B496 (ASv6-SU4-B496.zip) the installer can't find any previous version installed and exits.what should i do in this case?thanks in advance for helpingLuigi ;-)
