[ASv6.5] server NIL handling

Hi,Been a while since I spent time in FS. Now that I am back I've noticed that more and more stations spit out NIL reports between the hourly reports. This is causing severe gaps in updates from AS. Please fix this, I beg you!:-halo

Hi Jan!Good to see you..ASv6 has NIL handling to automatically disregard NIL reports and interpolate from other nearby stations. This will work for depiction into FS as well as the closest station report. Note that custom station reports will show the NIL as will wx finder, but the depiction should be accurate. If this isn't working let us know?Thanks!!

The report from 222210Z never showed up either for some reason. Because of fetch and decode delay the latest report in AS at this time (230114Z) should be the one from 222310Z, but its actually from 222110Z.By not fetching after a NIL it can be hours between updates. Server needs two consecutive valid metars to accept it. This is bad imo. There are places in the world where reporting stations are rare enough as it is, and if they spit out NIL between each report we never get updates from them.I've seen a serious increase in this behavior all over the world so this needs to be looked at or you might end up with just a couple of reports from a station in a 24h period. Most AUTO station should be ok.
