ASX & XGraphics Sun

Recommended Posts

Guest rf360m

Within XGraphics I turned off the option to include the sun textures because I prefer the default FSX ones. This works fine when I manually install aa theme. However, if I use ASX to install a theme based on the current weather then the sun textures are also installed even though I told XGraphics not to install them.Is there something i am missing, or is it not possible to only install certain textures when using the weather generated themes?Thanks!-Russell

Hi Russell,You should able to do it, there is similar sun to default, they are named Glim, to preserve your favorite texture category, first just installed via xg interface, then go to the option, advanced option and uncheck sun or others none wanted texture to change always :) no others sun or no others texture will be ever changed for futur session with or without wx influenced. Hi Chris,It appears that even when textures are unchecked in the XGraphics advanced options they still get replaced when you have ASX automatically load wx-influenced textures. However, they do not get replaced if you manually install a theme from within XGraphics. As a workaround, I found that if you have the XGraphics window open when you have ASX load the wx-influenced textures then the unchecked textures do not get replaced.

Hi Guys, Yes you are right via ASX when you click wx influenced button it keep install one texture in fsx for some reason even if unchecked from xg interface. For now this issue don't happend with x graphics interface with normal theme install and wx influenced from XG when they are unchecked in XG. You can still use wx influenced from XG, it's in the option page, click wx influenced from XG after the ASX weather data is downloaded.Sorry about this we will fix it.ThanksChris Willishttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-dev-sigbanner.jpg

Thanks Chris!ASX and XG are stunning. When I left work yesterday I looked at the sky and thought "Wow! That sky looks almost as good as ASX/XG!" :-lol
