Low level turbulence from METAR

Recommended Posts

I noted that today's METAR in Melbourne YMML is:YMML 231800Z 36026KT CAVOK 09/05 Q1022 FM1800 MOD/SEV TURB BLW 5000FTYMML 231730Z 36023KT CAVOK 09/05 Q1023 FM1730 MOD/SEV TURB BLW 5000FTYMML 231700Z 36021KT CAVOK 09/05 Q1023 FM1700 MOD/SEV TURB BLW 5000FTYMML 231630Z 36020KT CAVOK 09/05 Q1023 FM1630 MOD/SEV TURB BLW 5000FTDoes ASX detect the note for mod/sev turbulence below 5,000' and introduce it to FSX? The winds look steady (although a strong speed), so gusting and directional variability won't have that effect.Thanks, Bruce.
