can someone tell me what is the general guideline for setting thevirtual memory in fs2002 I believe the max and min are set to one&half x ram.can anyone help please.eric

Hi, I love this question :-)Why would you want to have a proportional relationship between RAM and virtual memory if the purpose of the virtual memory is to replace RAM? Conclusion: The more RAM you have, the less virtual memory you need.If you meant scenery cache in FS (may be called differently), I think that only applies if you have a non-complete installation of FS, I have never touched it.Fly safely, UweEdit: To be a little more precisely regarding the size of the v.m.: You may set a minimum size to minimze fragmentation of the drive.
