PHP Error during purchase attempt

I tried to buy ASX and X Graphics on Sunday, 12/23. Got a PHP Error:PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 7C84E9AFI have not had a response from HiFi Sim Support after inquiring about this error. Did my credit card get charged? If so I have not received any acknowledgement?Where should I follow up this inquiriy? Thanks.Joe :-(
