Urgent DirectX Help needed!!

My FS2002 multiplayer hasnt been working for awhile now, and I think this is the problem, in the directxdiag, everything is fine except for part of the network tab as shown below. Have you tried to reinstall DirectX?

Oh ok! That was my first thought though. I think DirectPlay is a part of DirectX. Well, then I'm out of suggestions. Unfortunately :(

Do you have an Icon on your desktop labelled Network Neighborhood. If not, check in Control Panel for Network. If on the desktop, right click it and select properties and review what Clients, Adapters, Protocol, and Services you have listed. After writing down all the items you have, you could try deleting them, reboot your computer, then reinstalling them again to see if it places them in your registry.If you are using AOL or some other ISP, you may have their adapters and protocols and you would need to reinstall them from their CDs, so be careful what you are doing. The problem is caused by using directx buster. If you do the default uninstall, it removes ALL the application registry entries and you will get the errors you show. Reinstall 8.2. Double check to see if the entries have been replaced. Then use DxBuster again and uncheck the oiptions relating to the registry. this will leave your applications alone. then reinstall 8.1 or 9 or whatever.hth,vgb
