R4D 2002 upgrade to FS9

Recommended Posts

I purchased the FS2002 version of the Douglas RD4 some years ago and wonder whether you offer a free or "reduced price" upgrade to a FS9 version. So far I haven't come across an upgrade package on your web site.Robert van Veen

Hi Robert,I see the discussion of this point has fallen off the bottom of the forum, so here goes...The Gmax R4D/DC-3 package is not an upgrade of the old R4D for FS98/2000/2002, etc. It is a completely new product from the ground up with not a single reused part or piece of code. We also don't have the ability to keep track of all the past CD owners, even if we wished to offer a disount on the new product - which we don't. ;-)But we promise you will not be disappointed and you'll be getting your money's worth - all of which goes to support the museum.Bill Rambow MAAM-SIM - Rambow, Visser, Banting, Young, Womack, Sodja & Beaumonthttp://www.fssupport.com/maam_sim/maamsim_logo.gif
