Has anybody tried this on the R4D/DC-3?

Has anyone tried binding the cabin lights to another one of the light types that FS9 supports?I ask partly because I'd like to retrofit the aircraft with strobe lights, and partly because FS Flightkeeper constantly penalizes me for not operating my cabin lights in the same manner I would normally operate the strobe lights, because FSFK thinks the cabin lights are strobe lights......Even if I don't bother adding strobe lights, I'd really love to be able to use the cabin lights as normal and not get penalized for it........Is this possible? Or is the cabin lights function being tied to the strobes in the VC part of the model itself and therefore unmodifyable?
