Finding a particular file

Not sure I'm posting this in the correct forum...if not, I apologize.I'm looking for a file that would provide the callsign for Southwest Airlines in FS2002 ATC. Any hints/direction would be appreciated.GA

There is a procedure posted at: http://www.fsgateway.com/tips_read.asp?id=461entitled "Adding Southwest Airlines to FS2002 Voice Pack"However, I have tried the process four times and have yetto get ATC in FS2k2 to say "Southwest". I grew quite frustratedand gave up figuring that the instructions are lacking in some area.If you or anyone can get it to work, more power to ya.Good Luck.-hoo
