How do I quiet warnings in new BAE 146?

Recommended Posts

I love the new BAE 146, but I think it warns excessively when even flying by the books. "Sink Rate" "Pull Up" "Glideslope" keep bleating even when descending perfectly on the glideslope. Please tell me how to silence these warnings. What do I edit? Stan

Stan Have you added a different panel than the default? A while back I added a nice panel to, I think an IADG 146, the problem I had was the same as yours. (drove me nuts, kept getting busted by my wife on approach) What I did was went into my sounds folder and deleted those waves (kept me out of trouble that way) Another option if you don't want to get rid of them is to download a file that came out not to long ago to reduce the volume of callout sounds. I've done this since and it seems to help alot. I don't remember the file, I guess do a search in utilities and see what you find. Someone else certainly may have a better idea.
