Hi Gang,Just made the switch (not before time I must say) to CH's Yoke and Pedals !! Wow - it really is like learning to fly all over again. I'm all over the runway on take off after 5 years of joysticks. Some questions for those in the know...What do you think is the optimal setup for sensitivities ? Or....Is the default ok ?Also what assignments do you use ? Perhaps you could post a screenshot of settings ?There doesn't seem to be much in the way of setup info on the CH website, so thanks as always for your help:-) Eddy

Greetings Eddie,>What do you think is the optimal setup for sensitivities ? >Or....Is the default ok ?I leave them as default>Also what assignments do you use ? Default assignments, except I make Button 1 panel on/off (ie keyboard W) and Button 2 to be ATC window display/hide (ie ~) if I'm flying offline or Sound on/off if I'm flying online (ie Q - so I can hear live ATC clearly).I also change the mixture axis depending on aircraft. For the heavies, I make it speed brake (inverted, so full forward is no speed brake) and for the prop jobbies I set it back to mixture. I have flamed out the odd heavy on descent when I forgot to make the switch and was thinking I was putting on speed brake but instead cut the fuel off! Thankfully for the pax (and me!) I've managed to restart the engines in flight each time.>Perhaps you could post a screenshot of settings ?Not much to show.>There doesn't seem to be much in the way of setup info on the>CH website, so thanks as always for your help:-) >>EddyGary

Yes default sensitivities seem to work best. You may notice you will never fly as well as with your joystick though. I never grease my landings as well with my Yoke as I do with my joystick. Guess it

Hey Guys,Thanks for your replies. I must admit and agree it is much harder with the yoke, but then I'm patient !!:-jumpyTake on board what you say about defaults, having not yet flown a real plane, it's always hard to guage feel / response times etc....I have booked my first lesson in 4 weeks time. Can't wait !!! Happy flyin....Ed
