May 17, 200620 yr Well, After about a week and ahalf the card finally arrived, haven't run any benches yet and haven't done any of the volt mods yet, but here is what I can say...Running MegaScenery + Megacity Sanfran flying Level-D 767 at 1600x1200x32 with 8sxAA 16xAF and transparency @ supersampling, Mips at High quality Vsync and tripple buffer on, one cloud layer, no AI, Mesh 97% AG at 100% Shadows on... steady 50-60 FPS all the way to threshold at FlyTampa's KFSO...with a very superb display to say the least. The SS-Transparency at hi-rez has always alluded (spelled right?) this old XP system...not anymore!Very very sweet, though this has always been a very clean/lean AGP setup it is cpu limited, but other than that PCI-E has nothing on AGP with this card...nothing, well almost, though this is the same core as a 7900 GTX and OK, PCI-E has 650 core..so V mod to GTX specs coming....:)With V mod card should run 550-650 core,...but right now tis not bad...note: I would only recommend this extreme hardware IF you are intent on keeping your AGP slot system, if you don't mind re-installing your OS and your other software you are much better off going with new PCI-E for the long haul +64-bits x2/x4 etc.Me, for now untill the >full< DX10 cards come (year, 2 or more) this will do just fine! Thanks Gainward!
May 17, 200620 yr Paul,Where did you get this card? I am looking at the Gainward site and do not see it listed in AGP flavour? Thanks,Glenn Glenn Ryzen 3700X, X570 Pro Wifi, 32GB 3600mhz RAM, Nvidia Titan Xp "Galactic Empire", RM750x PSU, H700 case, 2x NVMe M2 SSD, 1x SATA SSD
