download problem

Need HelpWhenever i try to download files ,i keep getting a new web page pop up saying page cannot be displayed.I had to reinstall win xp,and b4 i reinstalled win xp i had win-me and was able to download no problem. Idont have any firewalls or antivirus running, so that is not the problem.I can download from other sites ok,ABY SUGGESTIONS?

Try enabling cookies in IE6 from www.avsim.com and ftp.avsim.com.

Running any download accelerators? If so, disable them.
