THANK GOD!!!!! IMHO Toronto Pearson and JFK were certainly among the most dismal of the major airports in FS2002 (at least that I have ever flown in/out of). I fly from both of these airports frequently and they are both ghost towns in stock scenery!!John-PaulToronto

none of the SimFlyers scenery has ever worked well on my system - pure slideshow and I think I still have a relatively high end system. The stock JFK can be jerky with scenery at reasonably high levels and PAI traffic. I can't imagine landing the Dash 8 or Classic 747-200 there with the new scenery. I sure hope I'm wrong or it is all done in state-o-the-art GMax with ample opportunity for us to tweak the complexity.DavidP4 2.0 ghz, 512MGB, GEForce Ti4600

I know what you mean. I got Lago's PHNL as a Christmas gift from my wife and man, does it ever rock! It's supposedly all done purely in Gmax, and the frame rates are fantastic, even with the sceney sliders all full right. You could never hope to achieve something like that with FSDS-based scenery.

I'm not sure what the faces mean, but my question was meant to be interpreted where can you d/l jfk. You seem quite happy to see a new jfk scenery available so I thought I would share in your joy and d/l it myself.

I think you'll find that JDK is the newly-announced next project by Simflyers, rather than a finished package. Keep an eye on the Simflyers site (address given above) for updates.Alastair

I don't have all those sceneries, but I don't agree with the GMax is good, FSDS is wrong. Now that FSDS has been updated it also uses the new code and then both programs are capable of producing the same BGL code. As long as you design with care good fps can be reached with any method.Arno
