Hi.For the purposes of discussion, I'll assume you are referring to a five overlay KEWR file, and I'll assume the overlays are KEWR, 2EWR, 3EWR, 4EWR and 5EWR. You can obtain that information by importing each overlay and looking at the title bar for the AFCAD program. Each overlay should have a slightly different ICAO code, and the text title of the airport should be slightly different. If that is the case, you can import each overly - and then save. For the KEWR overlay, you should be asked if you want to replace the existing KEWR with the one you imported, which you do. Import each of the additional overlays and you should be asked if you want to create a new airport, which you do.You'll want to use TTools to decompile your AI traffic. Once you have done so, go into your airports.txt file with notepad - find the entry for KEWR, and duplicate it for each overlay, changing the ICAO code for each duplicate to correspond to a different overlay (i.e. 2EWR, 3EWR, 4EWR) and then save that.Once thats done - use the editor of your choice (I use AITM) - you need to re-route your AI traffic to use the new overlays. So, for example, if 2EWR is the overlay that contains Continental Terminal C - you'll want to change the leg codes in the flightplans.txt file to route some of your Continental traffic to 2EWR rather then KEWR, and then repeat the process for each type traffic you want to send to each overlay. After that - use TTools to re-compile your traffic and you should be good to go.Hope this helps. Not being familiar with the specific files you are referring to I can't be more specific - but hopefully this relays the general idea.
