This isn't>practical for daily use)No, I haven't changed my sig. I am running Vista-64 now. With FSX/SP1 and all sliders maxed, every thing except bloom, I get 12 FPS on the ground in NY (KJFK). The 1m scenery etc. looks fantastic. Trouble is even with 4 gig I get a message box "FSX has run out of memory", this after about a half hour of flight. Before that FSX is very flyable, no stutters or other issues.I logged core usage. All 4 cores run at close to 100%. My mobo supports 8 gig. In a year or two maybe it will be affordable and Corsair will have some 2 gig high speed dimms. When AMD's new Quad cores arrive I will drop a few in. I still think FSX will need 8 gig with maxed out sliders or a big swap file. Still playing around with it.On another note. This system is one of the most stable machines I have ever had. Been building/selling computers for 20 years.Pure luck. You never know with any mobo when it's first produced! I usually wait for a revision 1.1 or higher.
