Air Traffic Problem

I was reinstalled my flight simulator 2002 last week. When I played the game, there were no other aircrafts landing and leaving the airport anymore. What is the problem? Do I need to download some software? How do I do it?

If you're referring to AI, then the slider under Options/Settings/ATC/Traffic percent needs to be set. When the sim is loading during start-up, you'll see a prompt which says something to the effect "Loading AI traffic" when things are set correctly. Secondly, depending on the airport you're at, you may not see AI immediately. Default AI function according to a "schedule" and if you aren't there at the right time, you won't see any.

However, if the AI traffic was changed from de original default, you have to take out the traffic.bgl from the FS2002 folders, unless FS2002 will catch him even if it is with other extension as usually we do with scenery files.Miguel

so, I have to replace the traffic.bgl folder in FS 2002 folder to other AI traffic.bgl folder?
