Is it a Direxct X 10 capabale card? Not aware of the one you got, must be ATI new one, as last I heard they only had one DX10 capable card. What Frame rates are you getting with what settings?Nvidia has just released a duel SLI card,If I understand it correctly, that is a duel core video card, put that on top of a Quad core cpu system and I wonder how it compares. However no matter how good the card, if the drivers are not good enough, Vista and DX10 games will not get the full benefit of these cards.CheersPhil M

Mark,Very happy to here of a user with one. I'm very intrigued with this card, plus am especially intrigued by CrossfireX'ing it with another for 4x. This would be a potent product. You will need a strong power supply. Mine will work, at 750W with a large 12v rail.So far I'm happy with the 8800GT I have. But the upgrade path for 4x would be very tempting.

InterestingI was getting low ot mid 20's with the 8800 gtx, even in dense airport scenery with AI traffic set to 80%, not sure what I've done recently but that has dropped to mid teens, I think it is drivers ( Nvidia seems to release a drive every three weeks or so, sometimes I download it and test new one out, currently 169.25, but not sure that is as good as two earlier versions) or some setting, I must go back and read David Roch post here at avsim about best settings etc for FSX sp2 with DXT10http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...28207&mode=full
