I have a 32 inch Sharp Aquos and couldnt be happier. Not sure if you are talking about movies or FSX when you say "as real as it gets". I run FSX at the Sony's native res of 1920 x 1050.I also have a PS3 hooked up and with a simple input button press on the remote,I can switch to the console and play games.Lots and lots of settings to tinker with and every connection you would ever need.Tech moves quickly so I am sure there are others that are faster/better and I am sure its ALOT cheaper than when I bought it 3 months ago.Just keep in mind, KNOW the TVs native resolution before you buy because thats what it looks and runs best at and your computer and card will need to be able to handle it.IMO 32 is as big as you want for sims/games if you are sitting in front of it. I sit back about 3-4 feet. For home movies use, I go as big as I can afford.

Got a Westinghouse 37" @ 1920x1080 and a Dell @ 1920x1200, and as soon as I make up my mind, I'll be adding a 3rd possibly larger than 50". Bigger is better, if everything is working right!!!

For what its worth, I have a 43" Westy monitor and a 37" Aquos, the Wsty is very good for FS 9, but must say the Sharp is significantly brighter, but a year newer as well, love them both!!! B42L8
