I find FSX runs great on the first 3 cores, with the 4th assigned to everything else more or less. I fly the Cessna 441 Conquest with sliders near or at max and all the addon scenery and weather, and stay locked at 30 to 40 without bloom, and 23 to 30 with bloom. I disagree with the blanket statement, "the gamers' choice at the moment is dual core." No offense to you Al, I just think that is a very rigid portrayal of the issue.Noel

It will be about 3 years before I make the transition to FSX because of hardware issues. Right now, I am enjoying FS9.RH
