Ive heard that due to driver implementations and other techy things that the new and bestest HD4870 2X 2G luxury card only works as one HD4870 with FSX.Anyone using one yet?Anyone technically aware of its limits with FSX?

Let me ask it this way>.... can FSX benefit from crossfire setups?

My understanding is that unless you are using a 30inch monitor with high AA settings sli/crossfire has little to no benefit in FSX. There is no crossfire FSX profile in your Catalyst drivers so the GPU defaults to single GPU mode.Generally speaking X2, GX2 etc cards are not recommended for FSX. Having said that you should still see pretty decent performance. The 4870 x2 is a power house of note!Konrad
