Hi,Is is ossible to modify MSFS to get more runway options for landing whenrequesting landing from ATC?

Yes, if you write approaches for the other runways, then the ATC will also have them as an option. To make approaches you need the commands from the BGLComp SDK. If you search the scenery design forum you will find some examples of such XML files there.
